Refund policy

Fast Refund, 100% Money Back Guarantee: We accept returns for up to 10 days. After you receive your wig and you are unsatisfied, you have 10 days to return it to us. 10 days start from the delivery date shown on the courier company website’s tracking page. After 10 days have passed, unfortunately, we do not accept returns. In addition, the insurance fee of $10 is non-refundable.
Return Process: First, email us at least 5 pictures and explain the reasons for the return in detail.
Please Note that the Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original package.
Return Fee: The buyer pays the return label or shipping fee to Lagos.

      PRE-CORONA RETURN

      To be eligible for an exchange/return or refund, you must notify us 48 hours after you receive your wig. Your wig must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It may not have been washed, styled, colored, or worn. It must also be in the original packaging.

      In the event that there is an evident defect with your wig from our factory, we will offer you a complete exchange as long as we get notified within 48 hours after you receive your wig. 

      In the event that you are merely dissatisfied with the custom style of the wig you choose, how it suits you, or any other characteristics that were clearly portrayed on our website before making the purchase, we will assist you with an exchange subject to buyer payment of the return shipping cost back to our warehouse in Lagos, Nigeria. We are not liable for shipping labels or return shipping costs.

      DEFECTIVE PRODUCT BY US

      If we can see an evident defect with your item (not damaged by you), we will arrange and pay for shipping costs back to our warehouse. Please note that occasional tiny holes on the lace are not a defect, and here's why: for us to be able to braid on a lace wig, we use little pins to pin the lace down on a mannequin, and sometimes lace holes are inevitable, so kindly bear with us.

      EXCHANGE

      If you want an exchange on a product that doesn't contain a defect, you will have to arrange and pay for the shipping cost to our warehouse in Lagos, Nigeria, as well as shipping costs for the new product to be shipped back to you. Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you what the conclusion is and issue the exchange (if applicable)

      MISSING PACKAGE

      Poshglad braided wigs are not responsible for missing packages sent to the right shipping address. By accepting our terms and conditions pre-checkout, you consent that you have read our terms of service and that we are not responsible for missing packages sent to the right shipping address. 

      INSURANCE

      We strongly advise buying shipping insurance to protect your package from unforeseen circumstances. When you pay for shipping insurance, your package gets insured by DHL or UPS insurance. PLEASE NOTE that our insurance doesn't cover stolen mail to porch pirates, what we cover is the shipping process from dispatch-transit-delivery. In the case of missing or stolen packages en route to your shipping address, we'll inform the shipping company about the claims and then wait for 3-5 business days for their response. If they confirm that the package is undelivered, lost, or missing, they'll reimburse us the full amount and we'll send you a new wig or issue you a full refund. This could take some time to settle because the shipping and insurance companies would likely investigate the claims.

      What should I do to start the refund/exchange process?

      1. First, send us an email at info@poshglad.com or contact us on WhatsApp at +2347031371404 or call us at (302)-585-3958. Please explain in detail your problem and include all necessary photos of the defective item.

      2. We will assess the situation and get back to you as soon as possible with the necessary return details within minutes.

      3. Once your return unit is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      4. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

      5. If you are shipping an item over $100 back to us, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking numbers or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not liable for a return shipping label, and We DO NOT accept returned shipments from post offices. Thank you.
